Club Membership 1 years- We agree to provide you with a complete ultimate tune-up semi-annually for your air conditioning and/or heating equipment during the term indicated.

What to expect:

It is a full precision tune-up and a checklist our technician goes through to clean out the system and prepare it for the season and maintain the manufacturer’s warranty and ensure its longevity.

AC MAINTENANCE

  • Clean the condenser
  • Check A/C temperatures & Freon Levels
  • Inspect the Ductwork
  • Lubricate all moving parts
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Test Volts and Amps
  • Inspect Air Filter

HEAT MAINTENANCE

  • Test all safety controls
  • Check for carbon monoxide
  • Test gas piping and burner assembly
  • Lubricate all moving parts
  • Check the integrity of the heat exchanger
  • Tighten all electrical connections
  • Test Volts and Amps
